 PERSONAL TRAINING

 

The personal training consist of a combination of mesocycle strength training, cardiovascular activities, and Nutrition. I ​also lead the way personally in the workouts and break a sweat. That way the session is more in depth, motivating, and constructive. I wouldn't ask you to do anything I can't do myself. If you reside in the San Antonio Area, you can choose to train with me in person or online! My packages are customized based on your goals. All of my new clients have to complete a one-hour complimentary fitness assessment as part of the sign-on process. My PT packages include custom workouts, meal plans, accountability,  and access to my online coaching portal with exercise library. My rates change so please contact me for prices.

AEROBIC TRAINING

Whether you choose to train with me in person or online I implement cardio in every regimen as well as strength. It is important to not only to have strength but freedom of movement with in your body. Aerobic training is important for all my clients regardless of what training plan is recommended.

GROUP TRAINING

 

I occasionally hold fit camp events from 4 to 10 people for a fraction of my initial personal training prices. For those people who are looking to interact with others with similar goals. It's a positive energy environment with others that will uplift you to push your limits. Events usually have prices for participants and winners. So no one feels left out or discourage. At the end of the day we are all winners just by taking that first step into the fitness lifestyle.

MUSCLE TONE

 

For muscle toning I implement a high protein food diet. Depending on my initial assessment of your daily protein gram intake. It is important to have a certain amount of protein daily to keep up with your muscle recovery. The combination of my cardio, strength, and diet training will have your overall muscle tone looking right and tight.

ONLINE COACHING

 

Online coaching is personal training done virtually at the fraction of the costs!  Perfect for people who prefer to workout on their own time but still like the oversight of a trainer. Just like one-on-one personal training, online coaches write you customized programs to follow. The benefits can complete the workouts on your own time, wherever you are located and save money on the cost of hiring a trainer! My online coaching includes weekly customized programs, nutritional guidance, weekly coaching talks, monthly weigh ins, 24/7 access to my online coaching, guidance and motivation from me! Once again my online coaching program is currently only $30.00 per month, with the option to get out at any time or continue as long as necessary! It is definitely a much more cost efficient way of training and perfect for busy people who would like to go to the gym at their own time!
